Punk Princess Costume? Help!?!?!?
To get started I already have pink shoes and black nailpolish
My hair could be teased but I just need pink highlights.
I don't have a skirt, but is wearing shorts OK.
I might buy high knee socks from Hot Topic
I don't have arm warmers, but I need them.
Oh yeah, is wearing pink shirt and a black vest like punk rock?
and is wearing a tiara ok since that's like a princess?
Is this stuff OK.
Can you guys find links from Hot Topic that have arm warmers, high knee socks, fake highlights, and a pink tiara for less then 20 bucks.

pink shirt+black vest is cool
no tiarra. Instead, do a cool jean print hat or one with skulls
get a wig your hair color and put paint or highlights into it so you don't actually put them in ur hair
do pink and black nailpolish, pattern it
