I think I remember :banghead: in the past being able to save a copy of incoming emails on the server. I just looked in @ E Mail options but nothing jumped out @ me.
Am I dreamimg or just missing somthing?

BThis can be done with all versions of Outlook when using internet mail, not exchange server. Iam using Outlook 2002 and the setting is in the following location: mail setup>email accounts>view or change existing>(select your internet mail account)>change>more settings>advanced. Leave a copy of the message on the server is down the bottom. Whatever version of the Outlook client you are using, the settings are going to be in the properties of the internet mail account, advanced.
